Just a note to congratulate Andy Nguyen on magnificent victory and a well run campaign. Tom Ha is a great campaign manager as well. I was quoted briefly in the April 15 Star-Telegram on the campaign and naturally the article omitted about 20 minutes of the conversation where I truly praised the entire VietNamese Community for their education and patriotism. Thanks for appearing in my class and hope to have you make presentations to my classes in the future.

Time is up for Marti VanRavenswaay; vote for Andy Nguyen for county commissioner in the April 13 Republican primary runoff election. He will show up for work and fight for Precinct 2. Vote for a new voice. Nguyen will represent all of us. Vote for Andy Nguyen; he has a conscience, character and is an honest conservative. Give him a chance; it'll be worth it.

The winds of change are swirling in southeast Tarrant County. Andy Nguyen, Republican candidate for county commissioner in Precinct 2, apparently has the incumbent Marti VanRavenswaay on her heels as the April 13 runoff election closes in.

VanRavenswaay questions Nguyen's character in an effort to downplay the fact that in her current four-year term, she has missed 22 weeks of court, which is more critical commissioners court dates than any elected official in Tarrant County history. Twenty-two weeks missed, but no lapse in county paychecks.

Andy Nguyen brings needed new leadership to Tarrant County, and he gets my vote for Precinct 2 commissioner.

Plenty of Republicans call themselves conservative and then try to raise your taxes... Tarrant County is full of them. Andy Nguyen is against new taxes and follows his words with actions meet his words, unlike some Republicans of the double-speak.

Andy is a man-- has guts. Many men can deliver a punch, but Andy can take take a punch and still stand strong and not buckle under pressure. So few are elected officials that speak truthfully and will not buckle under pressure to defend rights of citizens against the greed of local governments.

Turn out to vote for a man who stands tall- who is willing to stand alone for you when other elected people side with their powerful friends. Stand with a man-- dependable, honorable, truthful, strong, and against bloated local government.

Although I have not known Andy that long, I have been very impressed with him. Andy is a man committed to conservative principles of smaller government, lower taxes, and more rights for the individual. He is uniquely positioned to lead Precinct 2 as County Commissioner.
